A special egg freezing rate is being offered by CWRC as part of the Egg Freezing for Fertility Preservation program. During this special, a team of expert clinicians will provide the freezing cycle, and CWRC will offer three years of storage for only $9,700.

Egg freezing is a treatment option very similar to a typical in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle. The process lasts approximately two weeks and entails giving yourself daily hormone injections to stimulate the ovaries. Patients will then come to CWRC for monitoring the growth of follicles (eggs) using blood work and ultrasound. The eggs are retrieved while the patient is under deep sedation, and the eggs are frozen. When a patient elects to use the eggs in the future, they will be thawed and combined with sperm from a male partner or a sperm donor.

CWRC, part of the Department of OB/GYN at Columbia University Medical Center, will offer this special egg freezing rate until December 31, 2015. To learn more, please call (646) 756-8294.
